  1. Price shown FIXED.
  2. All items are EXCLUDE POSTAGE unless stated.
  3. All items are READY STOCK unless stated pre-order.
  4. All items are BRAND NEW unless stated Pre-loved.
  5. COLOUR: Due to different settings and monitors, colour of the real items may vary slightly from the photos.
  6. First come First serve basis.
  7. Only SERIOUS BUYER  will be entertained.
  8. FUSSY buyer will not be entertained because we are based on TRUST policy.
  9. Reservation is allowed up to 2 days only. If there was no confirmation made, reserved item will be released to other buyers.
  10. Payment has to be made within 24 hours after the confirmation of order, otherwise order will be cancelled automatically. (Please inform us earlier if there will be any late payment. We surely will understand and hold the item for you).
  11. We will post your item the next day after payment have been made.
  12. We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical / resources problem.
  13. If happen that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However in certain condition, we might refund to you directly without prior notice.
  14. Lavia Heart Couture reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and weight of your goods.
  15. If you are NOT RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL after the promised lead time, please contact the courier company DIRECTLY.
  16. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for the DELAY DELIVERY cause by courier company.
  17. If you've given us an undelivered address / contact number and causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you. You will have to pay the additional shipping for resending the parcel.
  18. We will not liable for any damages or lost incurred during deliveries.
  19. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
  20. We reserve the right to make any appropriate changes on our site, policies and terms & conditions at any point of time, as we deem necessary.

For our Premium Pre Order services, buyer can pre order their products with NO date restriction
♥ LAVIA HEART COUTURE reserved the rights to refund to customers payment if any of the purchased item from Premium Pre Order is out of stock
♥ Once customer has made the payment, LAVIA HEART COUTURE will immediately execute and deliver the order 7-9 Working Days within Malaysia, for International it will takes about 14 Working Days


Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any deliver return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.
  • Customers are required to send in a written notice via email to us within 2 days of receiving the item for a valid exchange or return
  • Item return must reach our premises within a week from date of informing us
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition including taps, tag attached or packages. All items will be inspected on return
  • Customers are required to e-mail us the Return Details as below:

Important Notes
  • The return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by Lavia Heart Couture provided the return and replacement is due to Damage or Stained item
  • Any exchange of item is subject to the same design and color only
  • If customer received a damaged item and request for a different design or color as replacement, the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer
  • If higher price item is selected as replacement for a returned item, the remaining top up has to be paid by customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, the balance will be credited to customer’s Lavia Heart Couture account for future purchase. No monetary refund is allowed
  • Lavia Heart Couture reserves full right to reject any returned goods not meeting the stipulated Stock Return Policy
Returnable/Exchangeable Section
  • Items that are terribly damage or stained
  • If the quality, design, and size of item are far from your customer’s expectation, exchange of item is allowed with other design subject to the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Section
  • Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online
  • Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or pocket)
  • Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-3cm
  • Sales items is not returnable unless it is a damage item
  • Any Item from Premium Pre Order section that due to size, color, design, and material problem is not returnable or exchangeable

1.1 Do I need to email you to confirm whether the stock is available in your online catalog?
Yes, because sometimes we not yet updated the sold out items.
1.2 The items I am interested is sold out / out of stock, are they restock-able?
Yes, most of the items here are restock-able , it normally take 1 to 2 weeks of duration to restock.
1.3 Are all your items all ready stocks?
Yes, all our items are ready stocks.
1.4 Will the items look exactly as in the pictures?
Our product quality is good relatively to many our rivals. Around 70% of our products are the same as the photos, other 30% imitate from fashion magazines.Our products are suitable for price-competitive, non-high-ended market.
1.5 Can I have more discount if I purchase in bulk?
Yes, you can have more discount if you purchase in bulk (depends on the items)

2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 What shipping method is available for Malaysian? How much is it?
Pos Laju only. Please click Shipment & Delivery for more information on the postage service and fees.
2.2 Do you provide COD and where can we meet up?
2.3 When will my items be shipped?
Item will be ship out on the next day after payment is done.
2.4 When will I receive my items after payment is made?
Items will reach you in 1-3 working days (upon delivery) after payment is made. It is depends on Poslaju schedule flexibilty.

3.3 What should I do after made payment?
You need to email us the payment details as we requested. Once payment details is received, we will arrange the shipment to be deliver ASAP and notify you with a Delivery Note through email.
